Our shipping and processing charges cover all expenses related to processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, related overhead and other items. See below for more information and ways to save on shipping.

* For Gift Card only orders with standard delivery (5-7 business days), shipping and processing charges are free. For Next Day Delivery (1 business day), there is a charge of $8.50, and must be ordered by 9am PT for next business day.
** The regular delivery and processing charges stated on the order form chart cover Parcel Post Delivery.
Note on P.O. box deliveries: Items can be shipped to a P.O. box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from our vendors cannot be sent to a P.O. box. Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
For an extra charge of $17.50 per address, within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations. If we receive your order by 6 pm PT Monday through Friday, you'll receive your order the next business day; orders placed Friday after 6pm through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday. Note: Next Day Delivery service is not available for some oversize items, In-Home Delivery, out of stock items, items on backorder, personalized items or for items shipped directly from the manufacturer. GIFT CARDS
For standard delivery (5-7 business days), shipping and processing charges are free. For next day (1 business day), there is a charge of $8.50. Next day orders received by 9am PT Monday through Friday will arrive next business day; orders placed after 9am PT Friday through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
BACK ORDERS
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES
Items ordered over the Internet to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by our common carrier or Air Parcel Post and are subject to the same delivery charges described above, plus an additional $10. If you are interested in shipment by Parcel Post, please contact one of our Sales Representatives at 1.866.472.4001. We are now offering shipment of large furniture and oversized items to Maui, Oahu and the Island of Hawaii (there will be an additional surcharge of $350 per order). This surcharge is in addition to regular delivery charges, which are listed above. Certain heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
DELIVERY AND PROCESSING SURCHARGES ($)
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky, heavy, and may have limited availability, these items have a Delivery and Processing Surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular Delivery and Processing Charges, which are listed above.
IN-HOME DELIVERY 
Items showing this symbol are delivered by our In-Home Delivery service. With In-Home Delivery, the item is brought into your home, unpacked and assembled, and packaging is removed. Delivery is by appointment, Monday - Saturday; our delivery service will call to arrange a day. In-Home Delivery is available in the contiguous 48 states, as well as Maui, Oahu, and the Island of Hawaii (there will be an additional surcharge of $350 per order for Hawaiian islands). For your convenience, we're proud to introduce a new two-hour appointment window on in-home deliveries in major metropolitan areas only. Plus we now have an expanded list of cities that qualify for our Quick Ship 7-10 day delivery (see below). (We're sorry, but only items marked with this symbol may be sent via In-Home Delivery.) Due to the special care involved, items shipped with our In-Home Delivery service may take longer than other items to arrive. Please note that purchases sent directly from our suppliers may take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Specific delivery times for these items can be found on the item's shipping information page.
