CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Dust often using a clean, soft, dry and lint-free cloth.
- When blot spills, wipe with a clean, damp cloth immediately.
- We do not recommend the use of chemical cleansers, abrasives or furniture polish on our lacquered finish.
- Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check to make sure all connections are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.

UPS Front Door Delivery: 3-5 Business Days or Next Day Shipping
With Front Door Delivery, UPS can deliver most available items including select furniture and lighting within 3-5 business days. Gift wrapping and monogramming may take additional time.
Front Door shipping costs are based on your order total, visit our Shipping Information page for more details. We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on gift cards, pajamas, robes and select bedding.
For an additional fee, some products can be delivered next day depending on availability and destination within the contiguous 48 states. Orders received by 6pm (PT) Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 6pm (PT) through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
There are some restrictions for Next Day Delivery as well as for out of stock, personalized items or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

In-Home Delivery: 1-3 Weeks
Items marked as In-Home Delivery feature our Unlimited Flat-rate pricing and include our White Glove Service at no extra charge.
Our Unlimited Flat Rate delivery fees are determined by where you live and the amount of your overall order. An unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate. Enter your zip code for an estimate and learn more on Shipping Information page.
Once your items are ready to be delivered our customer service team will contact you and schedule a delivery date and time. Our White Glove Service will bring your new items into the room of your choice and assemble them as well as disposes of all packaging materials when they are finished.
There are some restrictions to our In-Home Delivery and White Glove Service. White Glove Service cannot install lighting fixtures, wall-mounted items and other select items.

EASY RETURNS
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.
