- Beautyrest® foundations are designed to be supported by platform frames or traditional bases, with center support that extends to the floor for queen or king sizes.
- When used with a proper supportive bed frame, your new Beautyrest™ mattress or foundation is protected by a 10-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY WITH WHITE GLOVE SERVICE
When you choose Unlimited Flat Rate Delivery, a service representative will contact you and arrange a delivery date and time (usually a 4-hour window) for our skilled White Glove Service to bring your new items into the room of your choice and assemble (not install*) your new items as well as disposes of all packaging materials upon completion.
Flat Rate delivery fees are determined by where you live and can be scheduled Tuesday - Saturday in most metropolitan areas** with some Monday availability.

Select furniture and lighting can be shipped via UPS Front Door Delivery. UPS can deliver most in-stock items within 3-5 business days. To learn more about gift wrapping options, fees and restrictions, please visit our Shipping Information page.
For an extra charge of $17.50 per address and within the contiguous 48 states, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 6pm (PT) Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 6pm (PT) through Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible items can be exchanged for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order or seven days for Quick Ship upholstery items. An original receipt or gift receipt is required, our stores will not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt or proof of purchase. We will issue a refund in the form of the original payment or with a gift card. Shipping charges may be applied to your refund amount.

Williams Sonoma is compliant with California’s Retailer Take Back Program Legislation.
If you are having your mattress delivered, we will take back your old mattress and/or foundation at no additional cost.
- All delivery or set-up fees for the products being delivered still apply.
- For white glove delivery, the old mattress and/or foundation will be taken at delivery of your new mattress.
- For parcel shipments, we are happy to pick up your old mattress and/or foundation. Please call us to schedule a pickup within 30 days of the delivery of your new mattress.
- Please note we may refuse to pick up the old mattress and/or foundation if it poses a health or safety risk.
